High neck, with overlaying collar flap that is embroidered with floral and adorned with an embroidered floral strip that has ribbon woven through. Puffy Juliette sleeve striped in lace with a snap closure cuff. Flowing skirt that is also striped in lace, with embroidered floral and a ruffle tier that has scalloped lace along the hem. Pearlized button up back. Concealed stretch waist. Complete with matching embroidered floral and woven ribbon belt. Also includes original white liner slip, that zips closed and has beige straps.
